    Tempatnyaaaa nyaman bangettt bagus bangettt makanan nyaa jugaa enakk enakk,, sumpahhhh nyaman, bersih, Dan bikin kita gak mau pulang. Rasa makanan disini enak enak bangettt deh gak bohong. Untuk pelayanannya baik banget ramah ramah bangetttttt pokonya saya suka banget dengan semua makanan yang Ada disini.☺

    I am in awe how a place like this could survive for this long, with a quality of service that is beyond terrible.I have reserved my seats for a Friday night but the downfall started when the receptionist/waiter followed up my reservation, suddenly stating there was a minimum order of IDR 3.5mio. I was surprised as this was not informed when I reserved and I was already on the way to this place. I said there was no minimum order requirement stated earlier and she said, “How about a minimum order of IDR 3mio?”. I was shocked as they also tried to negotiate the minimum order! But then she agreed that we can still come without minimum order.Then, we started to pick the wines for our orders. When we were done picking the wines and about to return to our table, suddenly a waiter, named Riza (please remember him guys), stopped me halfway and stated that there was a minimum order requirement of IDR 3mio for our table. I told him again that the minimum order requirement was not stated when I reserved, so I disagree that I should comply as this was not informed earlier to me when I reserved. However, he insisted (in a very pushy manner) that it was the restaurant’s policy and I should comply. Then, I demand to see his manager, to see how the issue should be solved. I was waiting for his manager but he/she did not show up, instead, the wonderful Riza came back. He said his manager “was busy” with month-end closing. I am surprised with the reason and how a restaurant manager did not want to hear a complain from a customer directly (please note that this is supposed to be a nice wine and dine place, not a warung - hence, a manager is required). Instead, he sent a cocky waiter to handle the issue, which made everything just worse. I still demand to see him because the reason was non-sense and I said I was busy as well, but Riza responded, “No, you are not, your are having fun with your friends here!”. Riza said sorry but did not even look sorry for the error from their end. Instead, he just said that we can stay without minimum order this time but next time he insisted us to come and keep in mind of the IDR 3.5mio minimum order. My friends were upset and also surprised to see the “sorry not sorry” response from the restaurant, especially the arrogant Riza. He also just said “go ahead” if we want to leave. I bet he doesn’t even care about negative reviews for the restaurant as well (maybe he owns it??). We might spend IDR 3mio or more but due to the very arrogant Riza, we decided to go somewhere else. When we closed our bills and left, he was nowhere to be seen. I hope the service could be better, as the latest experience I had was not helping at all. Their food turns out to be not too good and so bad, one of our friends decided to stop eating after one bite. Their wine selections are ok but with the services, I prefer to go somewhere else with less wine selections - it is just not worth all the price tag to be here. I do wish a lot of improvements could be done especially in services but I am not sure if I am willing to return to this place ever again.I hope my review helps!

    Ini yg namanya *****  pelayanannya gak banget. Kita nanya soal reservasi (yg sudah dilakukan dan di-oke-kan fyi. Tapi ternyata disana bermasalah dan kita ga dikasih tau) sama sekali ga ngasi jawaban dan nantangin . Saya seumur2 ke Vin+ ga pernah sekecewa ini.

    Pelayanan buruk sekali. Will never ever go back to Vin + Arkadia again, bener2 gak worth the money untuk kesini, masih banyak wine bar lain yang lebih baik

    Good ambience, cozy place, excellent service,quality food good, complete wine collection I reccomend this restaurant and i will come back again :)
