I had their 4 course meal and it was amazing! Not only was the food delicately and intricately made, but the view was also amazing. The portion was also nicely filling - not too filling to the point that u feel bloated and blah.Although all the course were amazing, I must say that their main course (I had the beef and my friend has the poultry) was the most average out of them all. Haha. BUT other than that, everything was fabulous!

Tempatnya quite cozy, interiornya slick dan mainly bar (bukan street bar / pub yg berantakan berasep) totalnya lebih ke kombinasi lounge and fine dine resto. Selain itu juga quiet / private karena ukurannya gak untuk ramai ramai dan lagunya calm beats semua.Jenis makanannya unik dan cocok buat special day; pilih 8 course menu saja. Di layani oleh pak indra dengan penjelasan untuk setiap makanan unik yang di masak oleh chef lauren. Overall bagus rekomen untuk hari hari special, great fine dining experience.

Had the 8 course menu, the waitress was very attentive in asking our food preferences. Love the food selections and thanks for the anniversary cake! Good view, amazing food and excellent service, love to come back for sure.

First of all, the ambiance was great and cozy. The view at the rooftop was a great location to take photos. I decided to try the 4-course menu. The servant was super friendly, he explained each dishes very well. The foie gras terrine was phenomenal. I liked the combination of texture between the cracker and foie gras, the plum also added nice taste.I also loved the beef tartare with grapes. The mustard and mayo balanced out the sweet-sour flavour from the grape and presented new flavour to the beef.The main course, which was beef cheek, was very tender and I liked the chimichurri sauce which provided the perfect heat for the beef. The chocolate dessert and sirsak sorbet were unique and good too. Overall, each dishes were presented attractively and tasted sensational.

We had dinner here couple weeks back and had an amazing experience. Service is 5 star. Appetizer are unique yet mouthwatering.For main course, we ordered poultry & foie and barramundi. Food presentation are elegant coupled with a nice taste. At the end of our dining, they served a chocolate mudcake as complimentary of our anniversary.A very recommended place for chilling, have a casual dine or celebrating a special occasion. 👍👍👍👍👍

View at Fairmont is the one that we choose for having our anniversary dinner. We took the “8 course” with more or less 3 hours of experience. For me this is a very sensational food and indeed, it’s like a very fine art. Everything they served were good, since they randomly arrange all the food sequences, the enthusiastic feelings follow with curiosity always haunting us. In short, what a great experience to have here! Thank you for all the chefs, ESP the young and talented Hans Christian, maitre’d, and all the staff. Really, really appreciate it. And thank you as well for the anniversary cake! Thank you for warmth, beautiful view, and the excellent food

I came here to celebrate my 1st anniv with my bf. You should tell them if you have any special occasion to celebrate, we've got the cake for us. I ordered 6 course set menu and it's an amazing experience. My fav food is the best part of chicken, foiie, shiitake, and apricot (you can see in the 4th pict). You will think it was a small portion but you will feel so satisfied at the end. Their servant is so so friendly even they asked us to took a picture together when we were so busy take picture from our food :p

Beyond pleased with the quality of the food here.For appetizer we ordered : foie PB&J, Italian medley, Pork Belly & OctopusEvery dish is a burst of flavor. Perfect balance or salty, sweet and sour. Enjoyed every bit of it.For the main we ordered : Poultry & foie and wagyu striploinIt was litterally the best part of chicken, even though it’s the breast part, it was super moist and juicy , my fiancee even praised it as to be the best chicken breast he ever had.And for my wagyu, perfectly cooked just as how i ordered, perfect medium rare. Bone marrow jus compliment the steak perfectly. And that potato velvet , it melts in your mouth It is The first time ever in a restaurant that i don’t need to ask for extra salt. Every dish is Perfectly seasoned.I feel like i can write a whole page to do a full review on their amazing service. But i’ll keep it short by saying they had A+ on this area.Service is more than attentive, offer me pashmina to warm me up during dinner, constantly explaining every pair of dish and offering us to help taking photos during the night. And they still offer us some complimentary sparkling and chocolate. It was a fantastic dinner experienceWould definitely come back to try the rest of dish on the menu
