Restoran tempura set/tendon yang enak di jakarta. Rasanya cukup jepang. Porsi yang disajikan pas, tidak terlalu banyak mUpun sedikit. Saus tendon juga disediakan, jadi kalau kurang tinggal siram saja.

Went here a few weeks ago and took really ugly pictures of them, so I'm not going to post it here hahaha.So, I liked the tempura a lot! It was really yummy and the price is just right. I love their sauce, it's salty (and i love salty food) in a good way. The rice is also delicate like the other good quality Japanese restaurants. The waiters are quick and informative, so service wise, they're great too.I think I would come back here again if I want some tempura! :D

Dari sederetan tempat makan di lt.2 Citos, gw dan temen-temen gw yg kelaparan memutuskan untuk nyoba tempat baru ini. Prinsip kami dari nyoba tempat makan baru adalah order menu yg berbeda satu sama lain biar bisa cicip-cicipan dan penilaiannya gak overgeneralize. Lupa nama menunya apa aja, tapi kami pesen 2 tendon rice bowl dan 1 tempura udon rasa kari. They're delicious, for God's sake! (mungkin kondisi laper banget ini mempengaruhi penilaian)Gurih saos dan kuah udonnya enak, misonya seger, baby corn dan ubinya enak, dan porsinya pas banget (dari kondisi perut kosong banget).Pelayanan waktu pertama datengnya sih agak lama, tapi nunggu orderannya lumayan cepet. Pengalaman makannya mengalahkan kualitas pelayanannya.We surely will come back!

So, it was around a week ago when me and my friends were just finished out final test. We decided to go to citos for our last-day-of-the-semester dinner. There are a lot of restaurants here and there, as the matter of fact that almost all spaces in citos filled with restaurants. There are also a lot of it that we have already been, so we chose to visit tempura tendon tenya for our culinary experience. Turned out it was not disappointing at all! Eventhough the meal was kind of all-tempura-fried but I like it! Mu fish tempura was served with rice and they gave 'kecap manis' on top of it which made my appetite went crazy. We ordered beef udon, fish tempura, and the ordinary tempura itself. Sorry, I didn't quite pay attention to the meal name. I'll try my best to write down the menu later on lol. After all, I feel like to come back here real sooon! Oh gosh, I'm really starving right now..

This place has a quite pretty decoration that succeeded to attract me and my family to have a visit. But don't get fooled, for those who seek Services & Quality then I won't recommend this place.We came in the fasting-time and I might guess that the staff were fasting. We didn't expect the best but we deserved to get served just like any other guest. It was around 10 am that day. We sat and we ordered the Best Recommended menu by the waitress. We were expecting so much for the food & services even we knew it won't be perfect, but we never expecting to be treated that bad.I ordered Wafu Ebi Ten Gyudon. The composition between the BEEF and the ONION was 20:80, I was eating rice with onions than with meat. Truly not worth the Price. Then we ordered sweet potato @ 8k but what we receive is almost as thin as a Pringles, the taste were not really sweet as usual sweet potato. After the disappointment from the food, I tested with the beverages. The cold ocha was able for refill, it taste like common cold ocha in any Japanese-so-called restaurant in Jakarta. Then I put the empty glasses, even on my edge of the table, there was no response. After waited for almost 10 mins, the staff nor any staff weren't seen. I saw waitress just stood outside the resto and have a chat. [common mistake in Citos' resto]. Then, the waitress came and refill my cold ocha. Unfortunately, there was no ice in their pitcher and it wasn't COLD at all.Every time they came to my table when they serve something even gave a napkin, I was always say thank you. But they just did Not smile at all or even say you're welcome. What an attitude ... Just because we did not fast, does that mean we could get treated badly?In the end ... we would never visit this place again and not recommended for anyone who wants service & quality. I did not expect this place to be a 5 star resto, but the service was just so Poor. This resto only suitable for teenager who's only care bout brand or anything but service.

So Japanese! I know the food is import from Japan, at first I thought it will be combined for Indonesian tongue (taste), well it's NOT!I LOVE IT! 大好きだよ〜(・ω・)ノThe taste is really really EXACTLY THE SAME like udon in Japan. Ambience is really cozy like others Japanese restaurant. Services, great! They inform us, what not available at the time. The waitress is really warm. But I little bit confused about new menu, it's kinda more like Yoshin*ya.Price is standard, for middle class. Overall I love it! Gonna back soon!-AV

Suasananya enak, pelayanannya baik dan cepat. Hampir semua menunya adalah tempura, untuk yg kurang suka gorengan, mungkin bukan pilihan yg tepat. Tapi makanannya lumayan enak.

A nice and affordable place to get yourself a delightful bowl of tendon. All of their tempura dishes are crunchy and tasty, especially their succulent ebi tempura and the fail-safe chorizo tempura. While their deep fried variety is undoubtedly delicious, ten-ya's main selling point is actually their signature tendon sauce! This little dark concoction binds the entire meal together, resulting in a perfect harmony between the tempura dishes and the hot steamed rice. The sauce also furtherly accentuate the deliciousness of the tempura, truly brilliant! I will definitely come again.

The tempura dishes are not good. You can find many better tempura around Jakarta with slightly higher price (which is worth it). And I don't think they even use Japanese rice. Tendon sauce? It's just a modification of yakiniku sauce. Nothing special.
