I have been curious about this restaurant, so I am the one who initiate to come to this restaurant with my website friends. Came here during late afternoon, made us only had pizza. But yes, we have been curious about their 1 meter pizza for quite long time, sadly by the time we came, the pizza was sold out and they only able to make the half meter (50cm) pizza (399k).The half meter itself was already big enough to feed almost 11 peoples, I cannot imagine how big the 1 meter is. We can choose to different flavor of our pizza, so we choose the Arrabiatta and Quattro Formaggi as their recommendation, and yes, it was yummy, the pizza crust were thin, the cheese also melting nicely.Sadly I was too full back in the day, so I could not able to finish even a slice of pizza, I only had half of the pizza, on my plate. But yes, I do had a nice experience, and I do recommended you to try the pizza sometimes, tho the price is not as cheap as regular pizza, but it is definitely fit for sharing while chatting in a casual dining restaurant like opera blanc, and yes, this resto also offers other menu, such as pasta and etc.

I went on Sunday night and the place was really quiet only 2 small groups were there, which made me wonder whether this rest is nice or not, but i love the ambience. I order the pizza and carbonara spaghetti (i love carbonara). For me the carbonara was nice, its not too creamy. The pizza was okay.

Me and my colleagues went here for lunch. Rustic ambience accompanied with slow jazz, such a perfect setting to enjoy our meal. We tried several menu:1. Crispy Calamari rings: VERY GOOD! I had few bad experiences in ordering calamari, sometimes its hard to chew or too oily. But here, I can tell the squids are fresh and they fried it perfectly. They served it with two dipping sauces, tartar and cocktail. Definitely everyone's favorite. 2. Caesar Salad: Fresh lettuce, perfect olive dressing, not too powerful (if you get what I mean). 3. Fettuccine Porcini and truffle: 3 out of 5 ordered this dish, including me. I LOVEEE IT. The pasta was al dante and the creamy sauce of mushroom combined with truffle, oh so lovely. Its one of their recommendation dish, so no surprise there. I say its really good and actually, very close to the one I had in Rome.4. Spaghetti King Prawn: well you can say its aglio olio with prawn. One of my friend who's been to Opera Blanc, suggested this dish. I didn't try it, but my colleague was eating happily, so I assume its satisfying. 5. Spaghetti Vongole: according to my colleague, its also good. From what I can see the spaghetti was cooked al dante.6. Creme brulee: okay. My friend is picky but she finished this one so i think its not too eggy. 7. Opera cake: sorry to say, this one is quite disappointing.8. Chocolate mousse: best! Actually I forgot the exact name since its too italian, something something chocolato. But its choco mousse with cherry and choco pearl on top. So good that even though I'm full, I manage to finish all by myself.Conclusion, I recommend this restaurant. Later I found out they're under the same management with Sopra. One of the downside, they don't have non-smoking area. However, I guess the chance of people smoking in the second floor is smaller (it depends on your luck too). Regarding the price, its on high side but totally worth the money. Ciao!

Lagi iseng ke pp & akhirnya saya coba makan di Opera Blanc, ternyata makanan-nya enak, waitersnya ramah & pelayanan-nya cepet. Gak nyesel lah kalo coba tempat ini?

Went here for dinner on saturday night. I love how the place is not too packed and its quite cozy. We ordered the 50cm pizza. It's quite good, i like how they make the base not too thin but still manage to make it crispy! If only they have more options for the topping for the 50cm pizza it wouldve been amazing! Had their salmon to share with my friend and the staff thoughtfully offer to divide it in two plates in the kitchen! This is the kind of service that i appreciate in any restaurant! Would be back to try their other pizza!

Nice place especially for dating hehe gue pesen spaghetti bolognese dan porsinya cukup besar untuk gue, sampe gak kuat buat ngabisin. pesen *lupa* steak apa, empuk sama tingkat kematengannya pas banget, enak banget. Pelayanannya good.

Kalo lg ngumpul2 sama tmn suka kesini, enak, pelayanannya cepat. Tapi perasaan dulu outdoornya lebar kenapa jadi menciut yaah? Kegeser sama HRC. Sayang cuma baru ada di PP saja.

Opera Blanc has the best pizza in town! I always come here for the single pizza norvegese that has a light creamy base, with smoked salmon as the one and only topping -but it definitely will pamper your tongue. The crust is amazing and you will only crave for more.To give you extra flavour, you may want to order their seafood soup. The seafood broth is very rich -a sign that it has been cooked to perfection. Sometimes it is a little bit salty, but the saltiness only gives you pleasure. I usually don't like anything too salty, but this one you want to embrace it till the very end. And they put plenty of fresh seafood into it: scallops, various type of clams and not to mention shrimp. The seafood may be too cooked sometime, but you'll give it a slack because it is that good. What I would change is probably the tomato. Yes, I love very rich tomato paste made from fresh tomato. You may not find it here, only a little. The soup itself is pretty clear, you're most likely find a little bit of coriander, basil and some slice of thin tomato.I did not give a 5 rating simply because for a restaurant that calibre, they should have had great service and non-smoking area and a place to wash your hand, if not wet towel. If you go for the taste, it is one of my favourite place in town -you really can depend on my recommendation.

I love the pizza in this restaurant! I ordered 4 formaggi the 50cm is sooo worth it. If you're a cheesy lover you have to try that. The pasta is okay. But I'll be back to here because of the pizza. The service is friendly.
