Gue kesini baru-baru aja, beberapa kali tiap main ke central park penasaran jg mau makan disini ga jadi2, akhirnya jd juga, gue sebelumnya reservasi dulu, gue kira bakalan crowded bgt trnyata biasa aja, gue nyobain spagetti tuna chilli, waffle choco berry, dan ice lemontea. Menurut gue spagettinya enak karena ditambahin tuna gt gue suka deh apalagi ada irisan irisan cabe yang ngebuat spagetti ini agak spicy dan ga terlalu oily cuma rasanya jd kaya makan bakmie aja, wafflenya juga lumayan walaupun gue ga terlalu suka sm olahan strawberry dan di waffle ini ada campuran tsb tapi enak jg kok lumayan tekstur wafflenya moist , dan ice lemon teanya menurut gue sedikit pait apa mungkin kebanyakan lemon kali ya jadi kurang fit aja di lidah. Tapi tempat sm pelayanannya bagus kok, pelayannya tanggap dan ramah, rekomen!

Kesini cuma sekali, paling sering cabang yg di bandung di setiabudhi. Paling favorite fruit salad, soup of the day (chicken, corn, semua enak), spaghetti, bratwurst. Untuk dessert paling enak tiramisu, cheese cake, dan homemade ice creamnya. Overall shedapp

Di brusselsspring ini ada dua space area yaitu indoor dan outdoor. Kebetulan cuaca gak begitu panas jd kita duduk di area outdoor aja yg langsung menghadap kolam ikan. Tempatnya asik buat lama-lama disini. Waktu itu kita pesen Chicken Valdostana & Caramel Cheese Waffle. Chicken valdostana nya enak bgt, daging'nya empuk dan sauce nya jga yummy. Klo utk waffle nya biasa aja tp krn ditambah ice cream dan sedikit rasa caramel jd tambah enak. Utk harga sangat ekonomis. Silahkan mencobaaaa

That day I was with Irene Chandra looking for a cute cafe with electrical outlets available and the choice fell on Brussels Spring, which was very attractive with its pinky themed interior. Rarely seeing Belgian restaurants in Jakarta so we decided to give a try whilst working with our notebook.We came at 12 pm, lunch hour, but it was deserted like it was not supposed to be. Turned out to be they were not prepared yet, the staffs were still busy on something and quite inattentive with the guests. I ordered Blueberry Cheese Liege Waffle and ordered the Banana Cheese one. For the drinks, since we were already there, we agreed to have some chocolate drinks such as Iced Naughty Chocolate and Hot Brussels Spring Chocolate. Just so you know, the waiter also handed out Tapas de Espana menu to us, a Spanish restaurant next to Brussels Spring. I just knew it they were merged, the drinks menu was almost the same, also with the same price.A problem started when we finished making order, the waiter who served us immediately came back to us and confirmed the menu again. Like, he had written our orders but he ensured it, twice. Drinks came early, but my friend got her drink wrong, it was hot. She clearly said she wanted the iced one. The waiter kindly made her the right one after that. Whoa the chocolate drink really tasted good! So chocolatey and foamy on top. No wonder it was Belgian. Recommended!Ten minutes later, another waiter came to us and told that the waffles were on preparation and would be ready in 20 minutes, he asked if that was okay. We nodded. Around 15 minutes later, the first waiter who served us came again and said that the Liege waffles we wanted were all out of stock. What. In disappointment we told him that another waiter had said it would be ready in 20 minutes but turned out to be like this. He then recommended the original waffle section, finally I ordered the Chocolate Cheese Belgian Waffle and my friend ordered still the Banana Cheese but Belgian Waffle.Not long after that the waffles showed up beautifully, but slightly overcooked. I could see the burnt stain on the crunchy waffle, and definitely tasted rather bitter. The cheese cream, which I had expected to be given generously, was so little that I barely tasted the cheese. The home-made vanilla ice cream on top really helped the dish. My friend also said the same thing, the waffle was decent and not too impressive but the banana surely made it.I had to say I was quite disappointed with both the service and food; but the drinks so yay! We once asked the waiter about the Frozen Hot Chocolate drink menu, which really confused us because of the 'frozen' and 'hot' both in the same drink. His answer did not help us ;( when we asked the difference between two dishes he also hardly answered. Need some preparation and be more ready. Cheers.

When you have Brussel Spring for a restaurant, you are expected to served Belgian specialties. What a disappointment. The waffels are the only authentic Belgian food here and they are not as good as what you will have in Belgium, beit the Brussels' style or liege's style. They do not serve the other classics e.g. vol au vent. Stoofvlees. Ghents waterzooi. Mussels in white wine. Not even the simple guilty pleasure, friet met mayo or the fries with mayonnaise

I was expecting too much. Aand disapointed.. Pesen aglio olio yg dateng pasta pake.. Saus barbeque? Display es krim rusak, padahal udh ngebayangin liat2 dan coba2 kaya yg di bandung.. AC gak kerasa karena pintu dibuka. :( gagal pokoknya

This place is pretty cute with the decoration. But for the food is standard. I dont really recommend this place to hang out with friends or family.

Bbrp waktu yang lalu pas ada urusan di CP, iseng cobain duduk disini sambil lanjutin kerjaan pake laptop. Wkt itu cobain Red Velvet nya. Secara rasa lumayan sih, cream cheese nya kentara banget. Rada beda dengan yg pernah saya coba di bbrp tmpt lain semisal Harvest dan Michelle's P. Bentuknya jg unik untuk kue red velvet. Suasanya tempatnya sbnrnya enak, cm wkt itu entah kenapa AC tidak dihidupkan, dan hanya mengandalkan kipas angin. Overall, not bad :)

kebetulan lagi nemenin temen buat buka puasa.. dadakn bngt sih kita jalannya.akhirnya kita buka di sini . tempat untuk outdoornya sih lucu yaaa ada sofa2 warna pastel gtu .cmn ati2 kalo malem banyak bgt nyamuknyaaaaa 😢tapi sayang bgt .. bagian indoornya AC nya gak berasaaaaaa .. nyamuk juga masih berkeliaran masa >,untuk makanan , aku pesen chicken chizk ya minumannya lemon squash.. untuk menunya sih ayamnyaa lembut , cheesenya jugaa enakk .ga bikin enekk .. kentangnya jugaa well done deh empuknya ..lemon squashnya segeeeer .asli ! pelayanannya cepet n sopan jugaa kokk..cuman gara2 ac nya panas, jadi gak nyaman ..plus nyamuk pulaaa..di indoor padahal >,PRICE : 4.5/5TASTE : 4.5/5SERVICE : 3.5/5
