Anniversary night! And we come to one of the most popular dining places in Ubud! Totally loved the hospitality and food! Ordered the Balinese Tapas, Never-can-go-wrong Nasi Goreng and Chili Beef Noodles!Spice warning: Chili Beef noodles can burn your senses if you are lighthearted! Yummy in the tummy!

The place has a good ambience and an amazing view. I ordered for a strawberry milkshake for the start. Which was very natural and fresh. Following it was the eggplant and tofu grill. The gravy was different and amazing. For main course I ordered the chickpea with red rice and bread. Which wasn't too great. To end I ordered a apple crumble pie with cream which was delicious and make it a good meal in all.

Great food, great view, excellent service....minus toilets.. so stinky and dirty... too bad...very recommended!!! Catch u guys later on the next trips!!!

Great view during the day. Food was pretty good, as was service but somehow it lacked energy and buzz. Place is a little run down, not very welcoming.

Been here couple times for lunch and just for coffee if you need restaurant with forest view this is one of the optional for the resto , just if you came after 5 pm sometime bit many mosquitos arround its better you come here for lunch they have nice meal for lunch

Arrived early to enjoy the happy hour 5pm -7pm. Thank goodness got there at 6.30pm as we found this beautiful cocktail called coconut killer had three of them. YippeeStunningly delicious. The salted squid salad had been recommended and it was so lovely. I had the paella very nice the fish curry lovely one of the gals said could have spicer. In all with cocktails and food $Aus 84.00 per couple ok price. Just to finish the view is stunning and Mt Agung was clear and defined, we caught the sunset so got masses of photos.

We arrived for a very late lunch at 3pm. The weather was great and the breeze was cool, as in most places in Ubud. It had a nice Balinese interoor. There is a lot of seating areas on yhe lower and top floors, both with a view. We chose the table at the top floor closest to the edge. The view was stunning. A relaxing afternoon tea or coffee would have been perfect too. The staff were very warm and accommodating We had their Nasi goreng with chicken and 2 small sticks of satay. We also had the Seafood fettuccine. Both dishes were packed with flavor. The serving portion for each dish was just enough for one.

Terrible service, if I could call even call it service. Booked a table on a Monday night, we were greeted with disinterest and forgotten about all night. We had to leave our table and ask the wait staff for water, menus, to order food/ drinks, the bill and our change. Overall, the wait staff seemed very bothered to be there. I complained at the end, unwilling to pay the service fee for something we had not received. Thankfully, the lady acknowledged this and apologised. Sitting outside on the balcony was lovely, although some dim lighting would be helpful to see the menus rather than relying on a tea light candle. Like myself and many others, we had to use our mobile phone lights to view the menu.On a positive note... the food! We really enjoyed it. We ordered the fish cakes (tasty!), salmon wrapped in banana leaf (amazing!!!) and the duck curry (very dry). We ordered a French bottle of white wine which was very nice quality.Would I return? Nah. I think service is such an integral part of a night out, especially with higher end prices. It’s disappointing, as the food was worth the visit. I can see some reviewers had similar experiences with the service, which leads me to believe a review of what service is may be useful.

Thankful for our Bali driver who pointed out this restaurant. We came there quite early as they were open but still organizing and cleaning the place. My family and I were the only ones there so it felt really nice to soak in the Ubud sun with a very serene environment. The food was good but the view made this whole experience lasting.
